* The interviews consist of multiple 12 to 15 minute sessions with individual faculty members, residents, and a fellow. The faculty members will have already reviewed your application packet; the objective parameters such as test scores, medical school grades and ranking, etc.; and the subjective parameters such as your performances at various rotations and electives, letters of reference, your personal statement/essay, etc. The interviews are tightly structured, with each faculty member focusing on one topic. This scenario is highly effective in terms of learning about applicants' performance potential, work ethic, character, trainability, suitability for the program, and expectations.
